Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Hershey is seeking a motivated and experienced Contact Center Associate to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and driven personality, with strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and orders, providing accurate information and solutions - Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements - Utilize CRM systems to track, document, and resolve customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center tools - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
