Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are driven and resourceful. The Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and pricing to customers - Process orders and track shipments - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve processes - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree preferred
