Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Care Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to provide assistance and resolve issues. 2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in our systems. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find suitable resolutions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to track customer feedback and trends. 8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 9. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills. 10. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
