Job description: Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Associate, working from home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Process returns, refunds, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Independent and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong strategic planning abilities to prioritize and multitask effectively. 4. Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently. 5. Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
