Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team at Dominion Resources in Dubai, AE. As a fulltime Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products and services - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and research skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
