Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Officer to join our team at PPL in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Teamwork and leadership skills - Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes quickly - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
