Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Charter Communications is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong drive to provide excellent customer care.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and meet customer service goals - Assist with training new customer care team members as needed - Utilize resources effectively to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Maintain knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Experience in people management is preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education is a plus
