Customer Care Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and independent Customer Care Representative to join our team at Raymond James Financial in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with account inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services - Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Keep detailed records of interactions with customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and negotiation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of financial services and products is a plus
