Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Financial in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with insurance policy information, claims processing, and billing inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
