Job Description:
United Rentals is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Care Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone and through email. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Provide information about United Rentals products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations
