Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Norfolk Southern is currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer retention. 8. Assist in administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Adaptability and time management skills.
