Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


Level 3 Communications is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting various departments within the organization. This position is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Assisting with product recommendations and providing information on promotions and sales - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring confidentiality of information - Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience - Participating in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Persuasion and cooperation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
