Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join our team at Dollar Tree in Dubai. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, process transactions, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and answer any questions they may have - Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals - Assist with stocking shelves and restocking inventory - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or retail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and strategic planning abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work weekends and evenings - High school diploma or equivalent
