Job Description - Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Western Digital in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints - Track and report on key performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service - Strong leadership and communication skills - Adaptable and resourceful, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management and conducting research - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
