Job Description: Aramark is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The Remote Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Analyze customer service data to identify trends and implement improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of successfully managing a remote customer service team - Strong leadership and communication skills - Motivated and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
