Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan in Dubai is seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Associate Level. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner - Assist clients with account inquiries, policy changes, and claim resolution - Process client payments and update account information accurately in the system - Research and provide solutions to client issues, escalating to management when necessary - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong research skills to effectively address client inquiries - Adaptability to handle a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
