Job Description:
JetBlue Airways is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to all JetBlue customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. 2. Manage customer accounts, bookings, and reservations ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 3. Assist customers with check-in processes, boarding procedures, and other pre-flight services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in airport terminals and on-board flights. 5. Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in dealing with challenging situations and diffusing conflicts effectively. 7. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of adaptability and flexibility. 8. Uphold JetBlue's commitment to quality by delivering superior service and upholding brand standards in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 2. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 3. Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software 4. Prior experience in the airline industry is preferred 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service 6. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions 7. Emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level 8. Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
