Job Description:
National Oilwell Varco is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer success roles. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, possess strong leadership skills, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Monitor customer health and proactively identify and address potential issues - Analyze customer data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer experience - Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on customer success metrics and key performance indicators
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful customer relationships - Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts
