Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Home Depot working remotely from Dubai, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring successful product adoption.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer retention and expansion - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and implementation processes for customers - Monitor customer health and key performance indicators to proactively identify and address any issues - Advocate for customers internally to drive product improvements and enhancements - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and gather feedback - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and customer lifetime value
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and reliable with a high level of professionalism - Excellent time management and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience in the retail or home improvement industry is a plus
