Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join our team at United Rentals. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Dubai, AE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer success or account management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Understand the unique needs and goals of each customer and develop tailored success plans to help them achieve their objectives - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and prevent churn - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to review progress, address issues, and measure success against agreed-upon KPIs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and project management skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Knowledge of the rental equipment industry is a plus
