Customer Success Officer

Veritiv, a leading provider of packaging, print, and facility solutions, is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Success Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, building strong relationships, and driving retention and growth.

Responsibilities: 1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are being met. 4. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and retention. 5. Monitor customer success metrics and report on key performance indicators. 6. Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 7. Provide ongoing training and support to customers to optimize their use of our products and services. 8. Represent Veritiv at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Experience in people management and leadership. 6. Proven track record of fostering customer relationships and driving customer success. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
