Remote Customer Success Officer

Tech Data is seeking a talented and dedicated Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns - Provide product and service information to customers - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Analyze customer feedback to improve our products and services - Develop and implement customer success strategies - Meet or exceed customer retention and revenue targets

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Confident and dedicated personality - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
