Job Description:
Flydubai is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by proactively engaging with customers to address their needs and concerns.
Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations. 3. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 5. Monitor customer feedback and identify trends to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction levels. 7. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed. 8. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 9. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and independent with the ability to work autonomously. 5. Strong planning and organization skills. 6. Persuasive and able to influence others effectively.
