Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description: TIAA is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up - Provide product demonstrations and train customers on how to use our products effectively - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Strategic planning and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
