Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Dow Chemical in Abu Dhabi, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and support a portfolio of customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide solutions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to customers - Provide product training and education to customers as needed - Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Reliable and driven to exceed customer expectations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
