Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Viacom in Dubai. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through proactive engagement, support, and advocacy. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who are driven, hardworking, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are making the most of our products and services - Provide product training and support to help customers achieve their desired outcomes - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive product improvements and enhancements - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and hardworking attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Emotional intelligence and strong people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
