Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


AES is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a confident and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.


Responsibilities:


1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to advocate for customers and drive product improvements. 4. Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize customer value and retention. 5. Provide training and support to customers to help them achieve their goals. 6. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 0 years of experience in customer success or related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think strategically and plan effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
