Job Description - Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Rite Aid, a leading pharmacy chain in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status updates, and issue resolution - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies and procedures - Maintain accurate customer records and update customer profiles as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify and report trends in customer inquiries for continuous improvement - Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Excellent planning and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other customer support software - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
