Avnet is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist with order processing and tracking - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills
