Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


As the Remote Customer Support Manager at Barnes & Noble, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the remote customer support team, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and implementing strategies to improve customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor customer service metrics and provide reports to senior management - Train new customer support representatives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and communication skills - Experience managing a remote team is preferred - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
