Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in training new customer support representatives


Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
