Customer Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team at Priceline Group in Dubai. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and refunds - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns - Maintain accurate customer records in our database - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts - Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
