Job Description - Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Xcel Energy is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a full-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to improve customer experience. 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Adaptable and motivated to learn and grow. 5. Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues. 6. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 7. Comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools.
