We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at Dick's Sporting Goods in Dubai. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge to provide the best possible service - Assist with other tasks as needed to support the customer support team
