Remote Customer Support Representative

Universal Health Services is seeking a motivated and passionate Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat 2. Provide product information and support to customers 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the relevant team when necessary 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems 6. Assist in developing customer support processes and procedures 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs 8. Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and trends

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer support role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools 6. Experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus 7. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
