Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Financial in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Providing information about our products and services to customers - Processing orders and providing order status updates to customers - Collaborating with other team members to address customer needs effectively - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
