Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 4. Utilize project management skills to track and resolve customer issues efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6.
