Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Pacific Life is seeking a passionate and hardworking Live Chat Assistant to join our team at our Abu Dhabi location. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers via live chat to provide assistance with inquiries, address concerns, and offer solutions to problems.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Offer technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times - Utilize creativity and critical thinking skills to optimize customer interactions - Meet and exceed set performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Ability to work well in a team setting
