Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
