Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, resolving customer inquiries and technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat platforms to provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Work closely with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalations - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with live chat software and CRM systems preferred - Resourceful and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
