Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Praxair is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally - Utilize analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively - Demonstrate emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work effectively from a remote location - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions - High emotional intelligence to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
