Jones Lang LaSalle is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a leading global real estate services firm, Jones Lang LaSalle offers a dynamic and innovative work environment where employees are encouraged to grow and succeed.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote live chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Oversee the daily operations of the live chat platform, including monitoring chat performance, improving chat processes, and implementing best practices - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat engagement, drive conversions, and maximize customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of live chat into overall business operations - Analyze chat data and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve chat performance - Train and onboard new chat agents, provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, and conduct performance evaluations - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in live chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service, live chat management, or a similar role - Strong project management and people management skills - Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
