Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at PepsiCo in Dubai. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our live chat platform and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the live chat platform to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong persuasion skills and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
