Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job description:


GameStop is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level role will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the live chat team, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through the live chat platform - Monitor chat performance metrics and KPIs to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness - Train and mentor chat agents, providing guidance on best practices and customer service techniques - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of managing and leading teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and project management abilities - Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Motivated self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
