Job Description - Live Chat Officer

The Live Chat Officer at Cognizant Technology Solutions in Dubai is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. This role involves interacting with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via live chat. 2. Identify customer needs and proactively offer relevant solutions or products. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex cases and provide follow-up support. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Monitor chat performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and objectives.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality. 3. Strong problem-solving and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools. 7. Associate-level seniority preferred.
