Old Republic International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative in Abu Dhabi, AE. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers - Confidence and reliability in handling customer inquiries and complaints - Excellent people management skills to navigate challenging interactions with customers - Planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer chats simultaneously - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
