Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Southern in Abu Dhabi. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via live chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order assistance - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes - Research skills to quickly find information to assist customers - Motivated and driven to succeed in a customer-focused role
