Online Account Support Assistant

Job description:

Emirates Group is seeking a reliable and confident Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner - Manage online account activities, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless online account experience for customers - Analyze customer data and feedback to improve online account functionalities - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase online account usage and engagement - Conduct presentations and trainings for customers on online account features and benefits - Make data-driven decisions to optimize online account performance - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under pressure - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management tools - Experience in customer service and online account support - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
