Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online account users. As an Entry Level Associate, you will work closely with our team to ensure our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our online platform.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and assist customers in resolving them - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed - Conduct research to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the online account experience - Assist in testing new features and updates to our online platform before they are rolled out to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations
Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Confident and adaptable personality with a customer-focused mindset - Ability to conduct research and analyze data to identify customer needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online account management systems is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed
