Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our online accounts, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer service. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong problem-solving ability and a high level of independence and reliability.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online accounts for A-Mark Precious Metals. 2. Provide exceptional customer service to online account holders, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively. 3. Monitor and analyze account activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase online account engagement and retention. 5. Conduct regular audits of online account data for accuracy and compliance. 6. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect online account information. 7. Train and support team members on best practices for online account management. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to online account management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in online account management. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 6. Familiarity with online account management software and tools. 7. Knowledge of precious metals industry preferred.
